Tween Crisis Alpha
This alpha is made of a swirl-stamped purple and black epoxy. This pack contains a full upper and lower alpha and most common punctuation. The upper case is rather slender, while the lower case is nice and thick and bold, as you can see below. :)

A quick survey question for those of you paying attention -- would it be beneficial to you for me to put my alphas in the shop, sold separately? I would still include them in the kit, but I really like some of the alphas I've done for my kits and wondered if people might like to buy them as a standalone. Let me know what you think!

Whew. It's been quite a day. I was supposed to have a shiny new template pack in store for you today, but what with various new processes at MLAS, it's not available yet. Has to go through QC. Sooooo instead I'm going to give y'all the freebie I was going to use to announce the template pack, as I have no idea when said template pack will be released.

"My Darling" Quickpage #1
This is a 12x12" "drop in" quick page created by me, Kimi, with my soon-to-be-released kit, "My Darling." It's a lovely, girly little kit that has bits of elegance and whimsy in a nice soft mix of pinks, blues, creams and browns. This quickpage uses mostly the pinks. It also uses one of the templates that will be available in Template Pack 04, so keep an eye out for that! ;)

Hey everyone! 've been totally MIA lately, huh? Designing always takes so much more time than I expect! But the good news is, I have a new kit all packaged up and ready to go. It's got to go through QC still, but I'll let you know when it's in the shop.

This is a simple 3-photo template with a nice little photo cluster and some paper strips you can use. :) Frames included! This is a 12x12" template in PSD format, but also includes a PNG file for each layer, so it's useable in all programs!

New Release Thursday~

For once I'm hitting the actual New Release day at MLAS instead of waiting until Saturday to be done with whatever I'm doing! Woohoo~

I'm also releasing a new template pack today. This one's called "Focus on One" - multi-photo templates with mostly small photos, and one large one to focus on the main detail. All have thin-edged mats included. Again, this is on sale until Wednesday at only $1.60, so snag it while you can!


...But I wouldn't release a template pack without giving you a sample to try for yourself!

Template 50
This is a 5-photo template with one large photo and four small ones scattered around. Single-page, 12x12 inches, in PSD format and also now with proper PNG files! Remember, all of my templates now include PNGs, including the old ones, so if you've previously been unable to use them, you might want to go back and see if there are any you'd like to download now.

RAK at MLAS

MyLifeAndScrap has a new RAK (Random Acts of Kindness) section! I've posted a thread there with a chance to win a new minikit that will be released on Thursday. Ready For Sun has been revamped! The flowers are a little cleaner and crisper now, and I've added several new elements. I also completely redid the glitter pack to match the quality of my newest ones (seamless, nice and chunky, with 12x12 PNG files).



Beautiful Blues is pretty much the same as it was before, except that the glitter pack now comes in PNG format for better quality. So if you downloaded it while it was still a freebie, no worries. ;)


And here's my brand new template pack! Four pretty pages stuffed with photos -- at least 5 pictures per page! And guess what? You get a coordinating freebie! Scroll down to see!


Template 44
Template 44 crams a whopping NINE pictures into a single 12x12 page. This template also coordinates with Template Pack 01, now available in my store! Note: For those of you wondering what happened to Templates 40-43, I kept the same numbering scheme even for the store-released templates, so if you get the template pack it'll still line up in order with the rest of them. :)
6/11/09 - This template has been updated and now includes both the original PSD and new PNG files.

My Life and Scrap~

So it's official! I now have a shop!! I'll be selling my designs at My Life and Scrap as of Thursday, May 28th (two days from now). For those of you who follow this blog and might be concerned about what's going to happen to my freebies, here's a rundown:
-I won't be releasing large kits on the blog any more. For the color challenges, I will still give away the minikits as freebies, but the addon/expansions that I do will go up in the shop instead.
-I WILL still have freebies. For every kit I put up in the shop, I will do an add-on or a sampler to put here on the blog for you.
-I am removing links to the kits I'm putting up in the shop, such as Ready For Sun and Beautiful Blues.
-The templates aren't going anywhere! All of the ones I've released so far will still be here on the blog. In the future, I'll make a coordinating template pack to put in the shop, and one template freebie to go with it here on the blog.

So the freebies will still be around. The difference is that I'll be doing some selling, too. :D Grand opening is in two days, folks! I'll keep you posted and pop up a link here once there's something for you to see!
